At Groundhog Stuff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
